My Routine for Life Changing Habits

Thought I’d share with you my daily routine. May be of use to you or a variation of.  I find it very powerful and it forms part of the capstone pattern I’ve developed.  More details on this can be found in the Capstone Pattern book  I plan to have group sessions in the future but private 1 to 1 consultation sessions are available with discounts for multiple bookings.

Starting anything new can be a challenge and like most people in new situations, these challenges can lead to failure because of lack of motivation if results are not realised quickly enough.  However, my advice would be to start small and incrementally add to your routine.   Once you’ve implemented something small, for example just stretching for a few minutes after getting out of bed, this becomes a routine that powers you through the day.  The ideal length of time before it becomes a habit is approximately 30 days.  I spoke about this previously on the subject of setting systems instead of aimless goals which you can read about here.

ROUTINE

06:00 up and stretch

06:15 Union breathing aka yogic breathing aka Pranayama (5/10/15/+ mins)

06:30 Chanting – For me this is Aum (5/10/15/+ mins)

06:45 Meditation – TM or other (5/10/15/+ mins)

07:00 Creative visualisation – Goal based (5/10/15/+ mins)

07:15 READY FOR THE DAY AHEAD

Each aspect of the above forms part of what I call the Capstone Pattern and is the area of the creative visualisation will be different to each individual depending on where you are in life and what you want to achieve.  However, prior to any of this I highly recommend that you start now to begin the process of finding out what you do want in life if you haven’t already done so.  From there, it’s a matter of finding the right process to get you where you want to be according to what works for you.

The Capstone Pattern works so well because it incorporates the important aspects of neurological, psychological and the added respiratory systems all combined.  This  fundamentally begins rewiring your brain to perform in  way that is conducive to your desired outcome.   What are your routines?  Do you have problems setting one up?  Let me help you.
